Welcome to THE GREAT WEIRD

my little lair for exploring esoterica….

mystic-al…
mystic-ish?

I’ve been studying the occult for over a decade. While I am a practitioner of sorts, I prefer to think of myself as a gregarious guide, a cosmic companion, or a perceptive peer. I don’t know you better than you know yourself, and I won’t pretend to be more pious, intuitive, or gifted either.

If you’re looking for someone who will speak in absolutes, claim to see your future in high-def, or steer your choices based on their own biases, we’re probably not a good fit. I work from a place of reverence for the unknown, belief in free will, and a deep trust in your own inner compass. Esoteric tools like astrology, tarot, and symbolism aren’t here to dictate your fate but are rather here help us make out the blurry shapes on the horizon, offering context and companionship as we walk toward what’s next.

My approach is more fluid than fixed, arriving and undulating with curiosity and observation, in symbols and themes, not certainties, fortunes or assured visions. I'm simply a devoted student of ancient occult practices (with a currently expired—but once very real!) life coaching certification under my belt.

I’m here to walk with you through the liminal, to co-create a sacred space where you can share freely, say what’s not resonating, and explore the soft sprouts of growth and glimmers of hope within your ever-expanding self.

FAQ

a little housekeeping for my sacred sleazes…

  • I will be your reader, you will be MY guide. If you have any preferences, feel free to share them upfront — whether it’s “skip the woo” or “focus on relationships,” I’ve got you. Otherwise, I’ll be reading your natal chart using TimePassages or Astro-Seek, and guiding the session based on what stands out to me. We can keep it theme-focused or take a full tour through each house and planet. Totally up to you.

  • Right now, I’m really enjoying offering readings in person or over video—these sessions give us a chance to collaborate in real time and explore what you're most curious about. I also offer more in-depth, multi-page write-ups if you prefer something private and reflective. These are emailed to you directly, so you can take it all in at your own pace—no live Q&A needed.

  • I’ve been studying astrology and the occult for over a decade—through books, classes, hands-on practice, and plenty of late-night Reddit rabbit holes. I’ve trained with Astrology University, the Shakti School of Ayurveda, and completed Tarot for the Wild Soul with Lindsay Mack, along with Life Coach Training through Life Coach EDU. I got my start interning for The Numinous (founded by Ruby Warrington), which dropped me right into the heart of the mystical world. For the past five years, I’ve worked at TimePassages Astrology App, where I’ve continued to sharpen my skills through real-world experience and community connection. I now write monthly content for The Sanxtuary, Sacred Sleaze, and more soon ;)

  • One of my firm boundaries in any session is around safety and ethics. I don’t answer medical questions, legal matters, or anything that could put your well-being at risk—I’m not a doctor, lawyer, or emergency contact. I also won’t read someone else’s chart without their direct consent, even if it’s a partner, child, or crush.

Some other pieces of astrology etiquette I follow:

    • Birth times matter. If yours is uncertain, I’ll do my best, but the accuracy of your chart may vary.

    • Consent is key. Astrology is collaborative, not prescriptive—I won’t tell you who you are or what to do.

    • The stars don’t negate free will. I’m here to reflect patterns, not to predict your fate.

    • Your chart is sacred. I treat it with care, curiosity, and respect. You should feel safe, seen, and empowered.

  • Never expected, always appreciated! A lot of time and love goes into my work. If tipping isn’t accessible for you, I always welcome feedback or a testimonial I can keep on file. I also appreciate permission to edit out personal info and use your reading (anonymously) as a sample!
